
Need to restore and repair a Wonderswan/Swancrystal?
Send us the console and we will get it back up and running for you and do any mods you require.
WHERE TO SEND
1. Place the order. Please, also leave on the order console photos (front and back) and use the field "note" for additional details, specifying if the console is working.
2. Create a well-protected package and include a paper note inside with your order number.
3. We will send you back an email with the complete expedition address.
PLEASE NOTE: We highly recommend tracked expedition if you want to reduce the risk of lost packages.
4. Create the expedition and send us tracking information and your order number to support@lvl2.it.
5. We will let you know once we receive your console.
During the repair process, we will inform you if any extra work needs doing, or extra parts are required and inform you of the cost before doing any additional work.
The Major part of repairs can be done as part of the standard repair process and so additional parts are not needed.
But if any extra work or parts are required we will contact you with the costs before proceeding.
MODS AND UPGRADES
You can select all the listed upgrades or mods by simply selecting the options on the right. But if you need any further details, do not hesitate to contact us at support@lvl2.it.
THE PROCESS
We usually complete the repair process in 1-2 weeks, but additional time could be required if some extra parts are needed and they need to be delivered to us.
The Wonderswan/Swancrystal is disassembled and carefully cleaned. The repair of minor defects is included (except in extreme cases where the damage is too extended), including for example:
Some other repairs could be done at a cost: (we will inform you of the cost before proceeding).
After repairs, we will install your selected upgrades and new parts and we apply a warranty sigil.
RETURNING CONSOLE TO YOU
Your updated console will return to you through the shipment you chose when placing your order, but it is important that you know that transport carriers do not insure used items, without an invoice proving their value.
We cannot, therefore, answer for any theft or damage to your console during the expedition, except for what concerns parts you purchased from us. Furthermore, we recommend that you always accept the return shipment with reservation right.
