This brand new IPS kit comes with a new PCB to replace the entire front PCB. A brand new IPS screen of the exact same original resolution as the Game Boy original screen.

The kit comes pre-built with a bracket, assembled together. You will need to solder the original speaker or purchase one of our replacement speakers for the front board.
If your shell is an ABS shell like the one we sell here: GBO IPS Ready Shell, no need to do anything. Otherwise, only 3 small simple cuts to your front shell are needed and then the screen sits in place. Skill level 1!
