You will need an IPS lens to match if you haven't one, and we also recommend our IPS Compatible Shells.
Also, a Dust gasket will aid with long-term dust prevention.

If your shell is not an IPS one, your shell will need cutting (check the install guides at the bottom) to fit the screen.

TEST LCD PRIOR TO INSTALLING INTO SHELL. Connect ribbon to main PCB while ribbon and LCD are outside console and confirm working before attempting an install. Once any install attempt has been made there is no return or warranty due to possible end-user damage during installation. TEST before installing into console shell. All LCDs are tested prior to shipping one by one.

TECHNICAL

• Cut the top shell if not using an IPS shell (follow any online guide for generic shells),
• Connect the ribbon cable to the screen connector,
• Place LCD screen into position (or GBA IPS Bracket sold separately, if using IPS shell),
• *Optionally solder brightness control wire,
• Reinstall GBA circuit board and buttons,
• Pull out small tabs on LCD connector block of GBA circuit board, insert ribbon from the new screen into the connector and then push tabs back in,
• Screw the back shell cover on,
